19 April 2020 – Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas who is also the chairman of the JPBN, said the permission will allow two paddy farmers in a vehicle to go harvest. Basically rural areas are permitted to allow 2 people in the car NOT city areas.
